Does Tugg exist yet?+
Not as a finished product. In Q2 2027, 20 selected forwarders start a free pilot. In Q3 Tugg opens to a larger group, and at the end of 2027 to everyone.
Do I have to replace my current system?+
No. Tugg first works alongside your existing software. Replacing it can come later, if you want.
Does Tugg have access to all my e-mails?+
Only the mailboxes you connect yourself, such as ops@ or sales@. You decide what Tugg sees.
What if the AI makes a mistake?+
Tugg proposes, you decide. For every piece of data you see the source, and uncertain data is clearly marked.
What does Tugg cost?+
Tugg is free during the pilot. After that we charge per file, not per user.
How are the 20 pilots selected?+
From the waitlist. We look at the sign-up date and at fit: type of shipments, volume and willingness to give feedback. Companies that had an introduction call are reviewed first.
